David Czyzyk is a visionary CEO in the aviation industry, with over a decade of experience across sales, operations, and business development. As the CEO of Launch, he leads a forward-thinking organization focused on redefining the private aviation experience through transparency, innovation, and client-first service. Under David’s leadership, Launch continues to create smarter, more accessible solutions for aircraft owners and travelers alike.

Prior to Launch, David served as Charter Sales Manager at True Aviation Charter Services, where he generated millions in revenue and successfully led a high-performing sales team. His time as Business Development Manager at Mercury Fuels resulted in a 27% increase in the customer base, and his extensive background in sales and operations at AEG Fuels further strengthened his deep understanding of the aviation marketplace.

Throughout his career, David has remained committed to integrity, transparency, and exceptional customer service—ensuring every client receives unmatched value, trust, and expertise in every interaction.

Danny brings elite-level sports experience and strong relationship-building skills to Launch Sports. An Orange County native, Danny attended Mater Dei High School, winning the Southern Section Division 1 Baseball Championship in 2005 and earning national recognition as a member of the Junior USA Baseball Team. He played three seasons at Long Beach State University before being drafted in the third round by the Washington Nationals in 2008.

Danny made his Major League Baseball debut in 2010 and spent seven seasons with the Nationals, helping the team win the NL East Division Championship as a starter in 2012, 2014, and 2016, before continuing his career with the Los Angeles Angels. He concluded his professional playing career representing the Mexican Olympic Baseball Team at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

With a deep understanding of the sports industry and a people-first approach, Danny is a trusted point of contact for clients navigating aviation services, making him a valuable asset to the Launch Sports team.

Erin Hauser leverages over a decade of specialized experience in the aviation industry.

Her expertise spans aviation sales, management, charter, and maintenance, providing a comprehensive understanding of all types of aircraft.

Erin boasts 14 years of diverse marketing experience across various industries and excels in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns. Her skills are pivotal in enhancing the Launch brand presence and driving business growth in the competitive aviation market. 

Erin’s blend of industry knowledge and marketing expertise makes her a driving force in advancing the company’s objectives and success.

Braeden is a sophomore at Tarleton State University, where he is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education and serves as an Education Research Assistant. He brings a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and attention to detail—qualities that translate seamlessly into the aviation industry.

Aviation is in Braeden’s blood. Having grown up immersed in the industry through his father and grandfather’s careers in aviation, he developed an early understanding of the field and a natural passion for it.

As a second-generation Eagle Scout, Braeden has built a deep commitment to integrity, preparedness, and service through years of scouting experience. He is also a certified Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, where he has gained extensive experience in safety management, clear communication, and high-pressure decision-making.

Through these experiences, Braeden has developed a skill set rooted in responsibility, situational awareness, and client-focused service, positioning him to contribute meaningfully within the aviation industry.

Andrew Borash brings nearly a decade of aviation experience and a client-first approach to his role as an Account Executive at Launch. A Montana native with a lifelong passion for aviation, Andrew combines extensive industry knowledge with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and customized travel solutions.

A Commercial-rated pilot with Single and Multi-Engine privileges and more than 2,500 hours of flight experience, Andrew has built his career across multiple areas of aviation, including flight instruction, Part 135 jet charter, aircraft sales, Part 91 operations, and aircraft management. This diverse background gives him a unique understanding of both aircraft operations and the priorities of private aviation clients.

At Launch, Andrew works closely with individuals, businesses, sports teams, and organizations to provide seamless private charter solutions tailored to each mission. His operational expertise, attention to detail, and passion for aviation allow him to anticipate client needs and deliver an elevated experience from the first conversation through every flight.
